1. Introduction
Welcome to Casa Rhino. By accessing our website or making a reservation, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We recommend reading them carefully before confirming your stay.
2. Reservations
Reservation process: Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with all the details. It is your responsibility to verify the information and notify us immediately if there are any errors.
Payments: All reservations must be paid online. Accepted payment methods will be indicated during the booking process.
Cancellations after check-in: No refunds will be issued for unused nights.
3. Rates
Rates are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include taxes unless otherwise stated. Rates may vary depending on the season, demand, or active promotions.
4. Property Policies
Check-in and check-out times:
Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: before 11:00 AM
Pets: Pets are allowed under the following conditions:
Please respect the facilities.
Do not use bath or beach towels for pets. Special towels are provided.
Do not allow pets on the beds.
Clean up their waste.
No smoking policy: Casa Rhino is a smoke-free property inside the rooms. Guests are invited to smoke in open areas.
Non-compliance may result in additional cleaning charges.
Cancellation Policy
This policy sets the cancellation terms applicable to reservations made at Casa Rhino. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following conditions:
2. General Cancellation Terms
Partial refund cancellations:
Cancellations made at least 90 days before the check-in date will receive a 100% refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made 60 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made 30 days in advance will receive a 25% refund.
Cancellations made less than 15 days in advance are non-refundable, regardless of the reason.
3. How to Cancel Your Reservation
By email: Cancellation requests must be sent to casarhinomex@gmail.com.
Confirmation: Once the cancellation is approved, a confirmation email will be sent. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact us directly.
4. Reservation Modifications
Changes in dates, number of guests, or other details are subject to availability and may involve a rate adjustment. Please contact us in advance.
Unregistered visitors are not allowed.
We offer a day pass fee for registered guests’ visitors to stay up to 8 hours on the property.
5. No-show Policy
In case of no-show without prior notice, no refund will be granted.
Casa Rhino reserves the right to release the property starting the next day.
6. Refunds
Partial refunds (when applicable) will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after validation.
They will be made through the same payment method used for the booking.
Taxes, service fees, and other extras are non-refundable.
7. Non-refundable Reservations
Some special promotions may be non-refundable. This will be specified during the booking process.
